Orders without any customization will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. Our usual delivery time to deliver across India is 3-5 days. But due to the COVID-19 situation around the world, Shipping partners are facing so many issues now. We will try our maximum to deliver your product within this time frame.

If you want your goods to be shipped to another address, please fill out the delivery address section on the screen upon checkout.

If we have shipped a different size than what you confirmed, we will replace the goods free of charge. However, we cannot replace customized goods supplied in accordance with the customization sheets that you have confirmed.

Yes. If wishing to return, please contact Fanaacs team via email ([email protected]) to arrange a return and full refund/replacement within 48 hours of delivery. Product(s) must be returned in the condition it was sent in. Once the product(s) is/are received by our fulfillment team, a full refund/replacement will be processed.

Payment can be made via UPI, Credit, or Debit Card. Also, a COD option is available for most of the products on our website.
